How to enrol

The Australian Patisserie Academy delivers courses across a wide range of culinary fields, offering a choice of qualifications, learning styles and durations to suit your needs.

Most of our programs run throughout the year (subject to demand).

You can  purchase (enrol in) your course online through the course page.  If you are not ready to enrol but need more information you can also enquire online.

The Australian Patisserie Academy accepts VISA and MASTERCARD for online payments.

Entry requirements

Many of our courses have specific entry requirements. These are qualifications, skills, knowledge, and/or experience that you must meet before you can enrol. Check the entry requirements under your chosen course or call  (02) 9448 6222 to find out more.

A minimum age of 15 years applies to all students attending classes. 

Register your interest

The APA adds new courses throughout the year.  If you are interested in attending a course that is not currently advertised please contact us and we will let you know the next available course date.

Registering your interest for a course is NOT an enrolment.
