Learn how to make a range of fresh pastas including:

  • Malloreddus (Gnocchi)
  • Farfalle
  • Fusilli

Complete your pasta journey by complementing your own handmade pasta with delicious sauces and fillings.

What you will learn

  • how to make a various of pasta mixes; water base, egg base
  • how to shape various pastas by hand 
  • demonstration on various traditional pasta sauces; Pesto and Pork Sausage Sauce 
  • how to cook your pasta ‘Al dente’ 
  • how to present a plated pasta dish with traditional and modern techniques 
  • understanding the use of garnishes to enhance your presentation 

Everything created in this class is for students to take home; all materials are included in the cost of the course. A detailed recipe book is provided as part of this course.
