Join us for this fun and creative class and learn how to create a vanilla faultline cake with an isomalt topper.

What you will learn:

  • how to make Italian meringue based buttercream for filling and masking cakes
  • how to build a structure for a tall cake
  • how to create a glass effect using isomalt
  • how to cut, fill, stack and level an extended high cake
  • how to decorate and finish the cake using sprinkles
  • tips and tricks on how to colour buttercream evenly without overworking the buttercream
  • creative ways to decorate your cake to give it the final touch

All students are hands-on and work on their own cake.

You will leave this class with your very own Faultline Cake in hand as well as a detailed step-by-step manual.

All materials are included in the cost of the course.
