Discover the art of tempering chocolate and be introduced to cocoa colours to create a range of artistic chocolate pieces where your only limit is your imagination.  

In this fun and creative half day face-to-face class, we will teach you how to temper your chocolate using the vaccination method and simple but effective fillings. 

What you will learn: 

  • hand tempering chocolate using the vaccination method
  • demonstration on the direct tempering method using the microwave  
  • use of milk and white couverture chocolate 
  • creating your own cocoa colour designs
  • how to fill and cap your moulded chocolate
  • demonstration on how to colour cocoa butter 
  • how to create your own transfer sheets 

Everything created in class is for students to take home including your own bar chocolate mould, all materials are included in the cost of the course.
