Build on your chocolate foundation skills and take your knowledge of chocolate praline making to a new level. In this hands-on and interactive class you will learn how to make a variety of moulded and hand enrobed chocolate pralines and truffles that will impress!
All students are hands on and work on their own set of pralines and truffles.
All products produced throughout the day are for students to take home, each student can expect to walk away with around 40 pieces of chocolate pralines and truffles. One gift box per student plus a detailed recipe booklet is included in the cost of the course.
Suitable for those who have completed our beginner course “Chocolate Foundations Skills” or have prior practical experience of chocolate tempering.
