You will learn contemporary techniques that are current in the industry, which can be used in a professional environment or at home.

  • demonstration on how to make a variety of modern fillings
  • learn multiple piping techniques for decorations
  • how to finish your eclairs with finesse
  • how to make original eclairs such as:
    • Caramelised Popcorn eclair
    • Chocolate Nutella eclair
    • Lemon Meringue eclair
    • White Chocolate, Raspberry eclair
    • Apple Rhubarb crumble eclair
    • Watermelon & Lychee eclair

This is a hands-on course in which all students work on their own product, all materials are included in the cost of the course.
