This course includes a combination of hands-on practical elements and demonstrations by our expert chefs.

• achieve the perfect traditional sponge cake and stabilised sponge
• how roll your sponge to create a Swiss roll
• perfect your Chantilly cream
• simple decorating techniques
• discover the tricks of the trade for perfect baking 

All our students are hands-on and work on their own cakes. A detailed step-by-step manual is provided.
